After almost two months of absence, I’m finally back! Just wanted to tell every one of you how grateful I am that you read my blog, it means the world to me.
This brings me to the actual topic: the law of attraction. First time I ever started to use it was back in middle school, and back then, I more believed in karma and that there’s always a balance in the universe. If something unpleasant would happen, I’d just tell myself that ‘there’s something good on its way.’ And the greatest part, it was always true.
But with time, I got caught up in my fears, and insecurities, and I lost my faith in… well, everything. That was the moment when everything started to get out of control.
Fast forward many-many-many years: in 2015, I watched ‘The Secret’ and realized, that I always knew that like attracts like. Everything you think – you become. My only problem was that I cannot control my thinking. My brain wouldn’t let me stop the negative self-talk.
But I’m trying now just to relax and just repeat a word or a sentence – something, that I want to attract. I do believe that we can attract (and we do attract) things in our lives. For example, when I was about 14, I wanted to live in NYC – I was 14, and I was living in Moscow, and none of my friends took me seriously. Now, I live in New York (unfortunately, I don’t really want to).
However, I figured these simple things regarding how to use the law of attraction without creating the reality you’d hate to live in.
1. Be as specific as possible.
Don’t say I want love/job/car. Specify everything: create a vivid image, how you’d FEEL if you had this thing that you want. The more clear the picture, the more chances to attract the exact thing and feeling of having this thing that you desire.
2. Live your life as if you have it
If you want love, act like you’re in love. Smile, feel the butterflies, make sure your home looks like there are two people living there.
3. Do something
After sending the Universe your request, don’t sit still. Do something, don’t expect that your love will find you if the only thing you do is staying at home.
4. Let it go
After you manifested what you wanted, and started living the productive ‘as if’ life, just stop thinking of it. Don’t think about how long it’s gonna take, and what if it won’t work – just believe. You have to believe.
5. Never feel the lack.
Don’t think of something you DON’T have – it brings more lack into your life. Don’t say ‘i don’t have money’ or ‘I hate bills’ – think that ‘my life is full of abundance.’
Ask – believe – receive.
Sounds simple, right?
So guys, do you believe in law of attraction, or maybe you’re already using it? Share in comments!
